Honest Transparency

I believe in complete transparency. Here's what you should know about this RV's current condition. Every item listed is priced accordingly, and I'm committed to helping you make an informed decision.

Needs Repair

Patio Awning

Awning needs replacement - currently in rough shape (came from dealership in this condition, not deterioration from current owner). This was quoted around $500 for parts and labor to get replaced at the dealership.

Needs Replacement

Slide Awnings

Both slide awnings are in rough shape and need replacement - replacement cost approximately $200-300 on Amazon (came from dealership in this condition, not deterioration from current owner). RV has been through several NC summer downpours with no water infiltration, showing structural integrity remains solid despite awning condition.

Needs Replacement

Cockpit Area Flooring

Small floor scuffs by cockpit area from provided lounge chair

Minor Cosmetic Wear

Lounge Chair Recliner

Recliner mechanism works but needs cleaning/servicing for smoother operation

Functional - Needs Service

Gas Door

The exterior gas door does not close or lock properly - the key did not work and the door had to be forced open. This will need attention from the new owner.

Needs Repair

Entry Steps

Steps are askew but functional - needs alignment

Functional - Needs Adjustment

Interior Wall Paint

Minor paint spots on interior walls (pre-existing from purchase)

Pre-existing Condition

Important Note: All items listed above are purely cosmetic and do not affect any function of the coach or driving performance. I successfully drove this RV 1,200 miles and lived in it full-time for 3 months without experiencing any operational issues whatsoever.

Why I'm Selling

After a 10-year relationship came to an end, I found myself needing affordable housing and decided to embrace the RV lifestyle. This amazing coach became my home for 3 months while I lived in it full-time, and I even drove it 1,200 miles without a single issue.

My original plans were to spend this summer in Maine and then head west for new adventures. However, life had other plans, and I've found an apartment to rent instead. Now it's time to pass this wonderful home on wheels to someone else who can create their own memories and adventures.

Location & Delivery: The RV is currently located in Southern Maine. I'm happy to arrange delivery for a reasonable fee if you're not local to the area.

Timeline: I'm looking to sell as soon as possible, so serious inquiries are welcome and I'm motivated to work with the right buyer.

This RV has been a reliable companion and a true home. I hope it brings you the same comfort and freedom it brought me.
